I used to work from home full-time. It sounds ideal, right? You don’t have to commute. You can wear pajama pants. You don’t even have to brush your teeth if you don’t want to. And let’s be real, I didn’t. Shh don’t tell my dentist!  Some days I’d catch myself in the middle of an afternoon slump, still wearing my old Christmas pajamas, Frownies stuck to my forehead, staring into my fridge like something new might magically appear. I’d rotate between the fridge and pantry hoping one of them had answers. I’d sit down to work, then five minutes later I was folding laundry or reorganizing my spice rack. Half the day would go by and I’d have nothing real to show for it. Then I’d beat myself up for not being productive. Rinse and repeat.
